Hauntings: The Morning After

Well, it's the morning after, and everything appears fine. We got a priest-guy to come in and do some chanting, and made some offerings of food, incense and joss paper, so hopefully things settle down a little.

I'm also going to the Far East Organization office with Z to ask about the history of the place. Perhaps there might be something we can do to help the spirit.

Meanwhile, here are some pictures to illustrate my previous post better.

The plastic strip that was ripped off from the ceiling.

light n cable
The ceiling light, with the cables exposed after the plastic strip above was pulled down.

the door
The door in question, boarded up for just a few hours, and now clear again.

The three choices. The chopsticks in the centre, for "Money", appear to have been moved just a tad.

wow, this is a fantastic ghost story! thanks for sharing!

hey, it's good that you actually want to help the spirit. most ppl would just get spooked and wana get the hell out.

that's what i've always been taught too. that we should not be afraid but should help them instead. sometimes they appear to us as a cry for help. once you manage to help them, they won't stick around anymore, and you get spiritual brownie points too!

i once asked a friend who stays late in her office at night, although the place is known to be haunted, why she would still stay back at night. she replied: "well, have you ever read in the papers of people killed by ghosts? no, right? so what's there to be afraid of? the worst they can do is scare you."

i thought, how true!

gimme some mindfuckery
